Hi! My name is Meagan Murtagh, I'm currently a freshman at Elon University studying Exercise Science and Biology. I am also the author of this paper! I was born and raised in Setauket, New York..the best place on Earth. I graduated from Ward Melville High School where I participated in many activites. Of the many,  I am most proud of being Captain of the Varsity Volleyball team. I have played volleyball and basketball my entire life, and I am currently on the Club volleyball team here at Elon. I grew up in a fun-filled house with 4 other siblings, a mom, and a dad. Get ready...my siblings are quadruplets. I know, I know, how did my parents do it right? My family may be big and unique but I wouldn't have it any other way. They are the ones that have taught me everything I know, and wherever they are is home. My family plays such an important role in my life, that they are the main characters in this paper. Enjoy!
