Leadership and Project Management

 

Leadership in group dynamics is important for intentional organization,  operating efficiently, and meeting the needs of the client with respect to rhetorical decision making processes. Project management is about managing a team, identifying the strengths and weakness of each member and assigning roles that compliment everyone's strengths in order to meet the client's needs to the best of our ability.

 

What to Expect

Each of these three major projects highlighted my ability to function as a leader within a group setting, consult rhetorical appeals and meet the needs of the client so that the final product is exactly what the primary stakeholders envision, if not better.
