Over the past few years, I have done several projects for Elon’s English department, so I have been able to witness how a client’s needs and expectations change over time. Each project used my skills in a different capacity and allowed me to work with a client that I had a personal connection with. I was able to see the department put some of my work directly to use.

As a client, the English department lacked clear guidelines so, like most client-based projects, these often required trial and error in figuring out what the client wanted. But on the flip side, this allowed me to take the project in the direction that I thought would work best and allowed me to be as creative as I wished.
