About Me

My name is Julia Bugeau-Heartt. I am a first year student at Elon University. I am lucky to be attending such a beautiful university like Elon; it makes being seven hundred miles from home worth it. I grew up in the small suburb of Boston called Westwood. I am very close with my family. I live with my mom and step-dad, but see my grandparents and cousins everyday. My sister lives in New York City, and my dad lives just a few towns over! My pets complete my family, my two cats Smudge (aka Buff) and Lucy (aka Baybee) and my dog Marshall (aka Boo).

Coming from Westwood to Elon, I have been presented with opportunities to see a bright future ahead. With these opportunities I want to grow as a person and give back to my community and the world around me.

Like many of my peers, I have not yet declare a major; however, at the top of my list is English with a focus in professional writing and rhetoric. Someday I hope to use this degree to attend law school.
