The Problem:

There are many aspects of life that create unfairness. One of these factors is physical appearance. Being more attractive is often very beneficial. Society judges individuals on looks, considering those who are more attractive to be more worthy. Being attractive leads to popularity and increased opportunity. Good looks draw others in. When it comes to interviews and gaining job offers, those who are physically attractive have an advantage. They are more likely to get jobs, even if they aren’t the most qualified candidates. This needs to change. Those who are more attractive should not have an advantage in interviews just because of their looks.
