Students received an overall score for the following prompts: “Doing Science,” “Following Jack,” and “Needs of Seeds.” Student composite scores were determined by averaging the score for each of the three prompts. The “Following Jack” total response scores were the scores each student earned for that single prompt. The Revised Bloom’s Taxonomy Levels were determined by placing students into one of the first four levels of Revised Bloom’s Taxonomy based on their “Following Jack” prompt response. The four levels are as follows: Remember, Understand, Apply, and Analyze.
